Keep product specifications, concept boards, master budgets, purchase orders, and invoices connected in one project. When a specification changes, update it once instead of retyping the change across separate records.

While you are looking at a supplier or other website, use the AI Product Picker web browser extension to bring the product into the correct project. Its image, price, colour, specifications, and other listed details arrive with it.
The product record then feeds the master budget and any draft documents created from the project.
A product selected for the concept board also carries the information your team needs: supplier details, cost, custom markup, client price, and margin. The master budget gives you one current financial view of the project.
The linked master budget and draft proposal, purchase order, and invoice reflect the revised project record. Documents already sent to a client are never changed automatically: Net Atelier asks whether you want to update them.
